What Waldo does
Waldo is an AI action layer that reads how you slept, what is on your calendar, and what tasks are open, then rebuilds your day around what your body can actually handle. It manages schedule changes before you wake up and remembers your context so you never have to explain the same thing twice. Kennel is Waldo's first surface: a free, open-source Mac app that lives in the menu bar and manages multiple AI agent sessions and their outcomes. Waldo works with Claude, Codex, and other models and only returns to you for decisions that genuinely require your judgment.
