What Familiar does
Familiar is a personal AI agent that works proactively rather than waiting to be prompted. It connects to email and calendars, triages the inbox, and prepares briefings. When a conflict or time-sensitive item comes up, it flags it and drafts a message for the user to approve before anything is sent. Setup takes about five minutes and requires no ongoing maintenance. Familiar has its own address it can draft from on the user's behalf and runs research and follow-up tasks in the background. It is currently available as a research preview.
